Julie Koelzer
Julie joined Tenant Advisors in 2013 to continue a 16 year career in commercial real estate. Her expertise has included leasing many of Chicago’s premier office buildings, successfully negotiating leases for over 2 million square feet of space, while being nominated top broker by the Chicago Sun Times. Julie brings a thorough understanding of both sides of the transaction to exclusively representing companies in office relocations and lease restructuring to maximize value for her clients. Julie has effectively represented many law firms, tech and marketing companies in securing new offices within the Chicago area.
Julie is an active board member for the Schaumburg Business Association and volunteer for the Jeffrey Pride Foundation. She has a BS degree from Texas Christian University and is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker.
